Heart of Darkness

The focus of the novel is a sailor named Charlie Marlow (Charlie Marlow), he tells his journey on a tropical river a few years ago, looking for the head of a certain ivory farm Kurtz (Kurtz), the whole novel Both are symbolic and ambiguous. The first two-thirds of the novel tells of Marlowe's journey from London to Africa and on the river until he reaches the ivory collection base, where he finds an employee of the Belgian company that employed him. The employee named Kurtz had great success in the ivory trade, but it made him envy other colleagues. Marlowe intuitively, Kurz broke all the well-known restrictions of social life in Europe, which repelled and attracted him at the same time.
