Rest, Being Some Chapters from a Utopian Romance, a prose work by William Morris, published serially in The Commonweal in 1890 and as a book later that year.

Most of the work consists of a vision of England in the year 2090 presented as a dream by William Guest, a thin disguise for Morris himself. Poverty, squalor, and the ugliness of the factories have disappeared, along with money, the legal system, and the government itself; work, art and nature are ennobled. Those improvements turn out to be caused by a violent socialist revolution.
