To expand our understanding of the everyday biological process observed in nature is an important topic in current research. Every organism participates in the pattern that sustains life on Earth. Natural selection plays a role in selecting those organisms that can adapt and survive in their given environment and this natural selection process can extend over millions of years. During this time a life form undergoes the genetic adaption essential to preserving its continuity on the planet. These biological process are quite complex . Most of them occur internally within the organisms on a microscopic scale. A large number of chemical interactions are observed on that scale, but the outcome of these interactions is often expressed macroscopically, e.g. the symptoms of a disease or the birth of a new living organism. The actor in these internal processes is cells that contain millions of single units called protein. The proteins are present in many reactions and can interact with each other, with different protein and with biological structures such as membranes. Amyloid beta misfolding is a central pathological event in Alzheimer's Disease
