"Sincerely, Room 111" is a compilation of over 100 teen voices who offer support and advice for the COVID-19 pandemic. This book is written by our future generation of leaders. It is written for other teens, however, is a guidebook for parents and guardians alike. Their wisdom shines through their words and art work. It is written honestly and touches upon topics ranging from teen acceptance and self-identity to how teens should manage school and finances during this uncertain time. We often forget that teens have a great deal to offer. Their voices are at times squelched and disregarded. This book is an eye-opener and gateway into their thinking, feelings, and hopes for the future. It is written in an honest and forthright manner.. Written by 11th and 12th grade students who share community in Room 111 at Hanford High School, Richland, WA, it is a positive approach to a difficult time by students who have been changed through the pandemic for all time.
