This book is intended to be a warning about the danger of 'games' practiced by children and adolescents involving forced stopping of breathing. It shows how our brain needs lots of oxygen to function well and how it gets compromised when it does not get the required amount of this gas. Due to the seriousness of the sequels, the purpose is to enlighten children, adolescents, parents, and educators on how to deal with these dangerous 'games' and to alert that 'facing' these kinds of 'challenges' means to take serious risks, including death, and NOT a courage demonstration.
