Updated as of May 29, 2018 This final rule amends the Federal Labor Relations Authority's (Authority) regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act, as amended. The final rule adds provisions to the regulations for compliance with the OPEN Government Act of 2007, and the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996. The final rule amends the regulations to reflect changes required by Executive Order 12600 and Executive Order 13392. The final rules also update the regulations to reflect changes in the Authority's policies and procedures. As a result of these amendments to the regulations, the public will have a clearer understanding of the Authority's policies and procedures implementing the FOIA.
