The Cauldron of Oil by Wilkie Collins Wilkie Collins was an English novelist and playwright. Collins was also a lifelong friend of the legendary writer Charles Dickens with whom he worked with on some plays and other fictional works. In total Collins was the author of 30 novels, 14 plays and more than 60 short stories with his best known works being The Woman in White and The Moonstone. We are delighted to publish this classic book as part of our extensive Classic Library collection.
