VCO is colourless, sweet scented and the purest form of coconut oil. It is obtained from the fresh, mature kernel of the coconut by mechanical or natural means. It is rich in polyphenols and medium chain fatty acids which makes it similar to the mother's milk and hence mentioned as the mother of all oils.
