About the Author Shonita Stevenson grew up in Southern California, where she has been writing poetry for decades. She has performed spoken word in local libraries, churches and special venues. She is also currently working as an information security officer for local government in Information Systems. Today, Shonita often ministers God's word consistently in various churches; throughout Southern California and occasionally in various parts of the United States. She ministers with a newness of insight and a powerful fervent word that meet the needs of young men and women today. She also actively works in helps ministry for women conferences, single ministries and other events. She attends church in Los Alamitos, California. She enjoys socials in church ministry; long Walks, prayer time, music, running, tennis and other outdoors. She also loves spending time with family, friends and her Jack Russell 'sky'.
