This book is intended to document and clarify the role of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers, thereby enabling them to live the abundant life that Jesus promised us. The importance of the ministry of the Holy Spirit, in the lives of believers, is ascertained by Jesus Himself in John 16:7-15. Jesus promised us that the Holy Spirit will comfort us while He is gone, and would lead us into all truth. The Holy Spirit also sanctifies us, and His manifestation is in the fruit of the Spirit. It is therefore extremely important for the body of Christ to rightly divide the Word concerning the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Although he always believed in God, even after accepting Jesus as his Lord and Savior, the author succumbed to the wiles of the devil. For far too long, he struggled to develop a true and meaningful relationship with God the Father. It wasn't until I had learned to rely on the power of the Holy Spirit that relationship came to fruition.
