Awakening: an Illustrated Search for Meaning Delia Tolz

Am I present with each step I take? What kinds of thoughts and feelings do I nurture? How can I be of service? These are some of the questions in "Awakening" that invite us to go deeper into ourselves and find responses to our search for meaning. By focusing on and contemplating the author/artist?s stunning imagery and use of color, as well as following the suggested daily exercises, we are encouraged to transcend ordinary rational and conceptual approaches to these questions and be open to the wisdom that can be realized through inspiration, intuition and grace. By observing ourselves and making choices to be realized through concrete thoughts, feelings and actions, we actualize these illuminations into the reality of daily life.
