All things seen with an untrained eye can appear to us strange and incomprehensible, but the story of the world-of humanity-teaches us that we have to look beyond the understandable in order to seek the mysteries and wonders of God. There are many commonalities between Catholicism and Mormonism, because they have a common root: the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He used the Catholic Church to preserve part of the True Gospel; over time, the Catholic Church lost many of the teachings of Jesus Christ, but unintentionally has preserved traces of this Truth in her rites and ceremonies that, like a mysterious book, can open to us pages and pages where we can contemplate the Lord's Work and like a reflection we can see the truth of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints.
