This scholarship allows Vintersson to live for six months in an old mansion at the heart of the Greystone forests. There, amidst old trees and wild animals, Reignvald begins to write a novel. Very soon the happiness of the writer will be interrupted by supernatural and terrifying events. A sinister crow lurks in the thick of the woods.
