The Perfect Place is a lighthearted tale about Mozzie, one of thousands of western monarch butterflies that annually migrate to a perfect place along the California coast to spend the winter. Follow Mozzie and her funny and knowledgeable friend Mack on their remarkable migration journey. Mozzie will inspire children and adults to protect and preserve the critical habitat of the monarch butterfly.




In recent years, the western population of migrating monarchs has been on the decline. It is now more important than ever to inspire the future generations to become citizen scientists and do what they can to help preserve or create monarch habitat.
